During your first visit, your therapist will conduct a brief consultation to discuss your health history, any specific concerns, and your massage preferences. This helps us tailor the session to meet your unique needs. To secure your first appointment a $25 Deposit is required, this will be credited to your service.

4. Do I need to undress completely for a massage?

You will be asked to undress to your level of comfort. Most clients choose to undress completely, but you can leave on underwear if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to ensure your privacy and use draping techniques to keep you covered appropriately.
