Do I have to have an appointment or do you take walk-ins?
I do work by appointment only to make sure each person gets the amount of time they are booked for.
What type of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, check, and cash.
How long will my massage last?
Your massage will last for the time you have booked. A 60-minute massage means you will get 60 minutes of massage. I purposely build in time to your appointment to account for arrival and so you won’t be rushed at the end of the session.
How often should I get massage?
The frequency of massage depends generally on your stress and activity level. I suggest once a month to maintain a healthier, happier you.
I'm pregnant - can I get a massage?
Yes, I am certified in Prenatal Massage. You need to be out of your first trimester, but after that you can get massaged until delivery.
I came by, but your door was locked. What should I do?
I lock my door while in a session and when not in the office. The best way to contact me is to call and leave a message if I am unavailable.
This is my first massage what should I expect?
When you arrive at the office, we will have a quick chat about what brings you in for a massage today and what you would like to accomplish with your session. We will go over some health history and answer any questions you may have at that time. Once all the intake information is sorted, the time to relax begins. I will show you to the massage room and go over how we will start your session then leave you to disrobe to your level of comfort. You will be securely tucked in under a sheet and blanket on the table at all times. The face cradle, temperature, and foot bolster call all be adjusted to make you more comfortable. It is your massage, and you should have a great experience. During the session I will check in with you to make sure the pressure is good, and if at any time you have questions, please ask. After your massage comes to a close, I will leave to room to let you get dressed and meet you back in the lobby when you are ready.
